Tongkat Ali Dosing

To receive the maxiumum benefit from Tongkat Ali, it is important to properly dose. While the size of the dose is dependent upon how much money you want to spend how strong of a boost your desire, proper cycling of Tongkat Ali is universally important.

Scheduling on/off days is critical.. Continuous high levels of Tongkat Ali in your system will eventually desensitize your Leydig cells. By following a 2:1 ratio on/off schedule you will allow your Leydig cells to re-sensitize. By cycling on and off, you will also extend the life of your bottle and save money.

Some people take Tongkat Ali for 2 days, then take 1 day off. Some people take it for two weeks, then take one week off. The best results are often seen on a middle ground, such as four days on, two days off. An easy schedule to stick to that will work well is simply take Tongkat Ali on weekdays, do not take it on weekends. While this is not exactly a 2:1 ratio, it is close enough and very easy to follow. Your final choice is up to you and you can determine what works best with trial and error.

It is also good to take a longer break every once in a while, such as two weeks off every couple months. Since most bottles sell in 100 capsule quantities, a good schedule is to take two weeks off at the end of every bottle.
